I’m looking at using the Material Design theme in our network, and while testing this on our staging server, I noticed that it works except when viewing the MailPoet pages. Here is a screen gif showing the issue: https://cl.ly/998aae34f207
There are no errors showing up in Chrome Inspector.
The same thing happens with the Pro theme – so it’s probably more of a Mailpoet Plugin issue. I’ve already opened a ticket with MailPoet to see if they are willing to fix the issue, but wanted to mention this here to see if anybody else has ran into similar issues and knows of a quick fix.
Has anybody else ran into this issue as well?3 months ago WilliamParticipant
For anybody else finding this, I was able to apply a quick workaround by using the Pro Theme page blacklist settings (Material Design has the same options).
Under the “Functionality” tab, you will find an area to add URL’s that can be blacklisted. Here are all the ones you need to add to disable the theme scripts on MailPoet 3 pages:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-newsletters /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-subscribers /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-segments /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-dynamic-segments /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-settings /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-help
It’s not ideal, as the complete admin reverts back to default WP styles on the MailPoet pages, but it’s better than having a broken layout.
